Current deployment generation 76 and changed credential-tooling sources are
reviewed in `coulomb-social/docs/release/platform-mail-admission-review-2026-11-01.md`.
The refreshed exact proposal is

Use the reviewed founder launcher in that packet. All 27 current controller/
