# RPF-WP-0041 — no platform provisioning from State Hub 105m

Origin: STATE-WP-0091 residual
Confirmed: this workplan authorizes **no** change to OpenBao, PostgreSQL,
object storage, or other platform allocations because State Hub reported
105m remaining after the MCP 10m request.
Checked against current platform work:
- No Helm values, KV paths, or database sizing were edited for this remainder.
- `RPF-WP-0036` stays the S3 assurance owner and is unrelated.
- Any later weekly review (`CUST-WP-0071`) that wants a platform change must
arrive as its own record.
