audit-core 1269a0e (2026-10-15) moved deploy/audit-core.yaml from the reviewed
ec15f63d image to b479801b; the live deployment and pod run b479801b, so every
preflight failed image_matches_reviewed_digest. The attest-chain CronJob stays
on ec15f63d and is not checked here.

Since RCLUSTER-WP-0019 the node account cannot read the k3s admin kubeconfig,
so ssh railiance01 kubectl fails at read node state. With AUDIT_KUBECONFIG
set, cluster reads and the port-forward run locally against that file; host
reads stay on ssh. Unset keeps the earlier path. The E2 receipt script takes
owner approvals for the current contract digest from the hub.

Silent contained child: raft snapshot via tunnel, age to offsite (+custodian)
recipients, in-memory escrow decrypt proof (founder decision recorded),
If-None-Match upload to openbao/, receipt self-validated. Preflight now rejects
snapshot receipts without a decryption key held outside OpenBao.
