Round-5 owner receipts match 044df6f. T02 stays wait for a new attended
window. Custodian accepted Playwright coordination on CUST-WP-0080-T05,
so T06 is done and T03 still waits on identity mapping. The activity-core
Forgejo read design no longer cites the consumed CCR-2026-0034 number.

October 13 review corrected WP-0038-T04's stale todo state to the documented wait. RPF-IN-0012 remains an open independent execution/wrapped-delivery review; the compiler fix does not close it. Playwright publication is resolved; its new Platform workplan records the user-requested group and actual activation evidence.

Routine synchronization uses the exact-commit Repo Manager receipt described in AGENTS.md. Legacy alias repair remains the scoped WP-0036-T06 dependency.
