Railiance application wrapper for forgjo git infrastructure.
Retired. This repository is no longer the declaration authority for the Forgejo workloads.
The successor release unit is `forgejo`, declared by `railiance-apps` in `registry/release-units/forgejo.yaml`. That unit claims Deployment `forgejo/forge` and Deployment `forgejo/forgejo-runner`.
Forge visibility is unchanged.
