`WORK-RECORDS.md`, reconciled the local grouped-reef bootstrap with the
existing remote `main`, and pushed the clean history to
`forgejo-remote:coulomb/reef-railiance.git`. Added the repo to
`railiance-fabric/registry/railiance-repos.yaml` and ran a targeted live
registry sync against `http://127.0.0.1:8765`. Fabric now stores
`reef-railiance` as a registered repo with `repo_family: reef`,
`ownership_repo: railiance-infra`, `primary_rail: rail-kubernetes`,
