## Origin
Identity correction, 2026-10-17: restore the originally issued
`HARNESS-WP-0008` and T01–T07 canonical IDs, retaining every existing Hub UUID,
status, decision and human/native gate. Commit `a85de661` briefly relabelled
this workplan `REINAH-WP-0008` while preserving HARNESS-derived UUIDs in response
to a C-26 warning. Canon grandfathering preserves existing IDs; C-26 applies
to new plans and supplies no record-rekey authority. The REINAH filename remains
as an existing backing path, and the erroneous label remains historical
provenance rather than another canonical record. Future new workplans still
use REINAH-WP. No UUID migration, retirement, human disposition, installation,
spend authority or native acceptance is granted by this source correction.
