# Milestone — INTENT and State Hub registration

## Done

1. Strengthened `INTENT.md` and `SCOPE.md` (tooling component, boundaries, parent project).
2. Synced `.repo-classification.yaml` into State Hub via
   `make -C ~/state-hub register-from-classification PATH=~/repo-manager`
   → category `tooling`, domain `infotech`.
3. Set hub `description` via `PATCH /repos/repo-manager`.
4. Activated `RMGR-WP-0001` (architecture and foundation).

## Avoid

Do **not** re-run `statehub register` on this repo while `RMGR-WP-0001` exists.
The register bootstrap templates a second workplan with the same id
(`RMGR-WP-0001-statehub-bootstrap.md`), which collides and creates an orphan
hub workstream. Prefer:

statehub fix-consistency
```

A spurious bootstrap workstream from the 2026-08-09 attempt was closed in the
hub without a backing file.
