The Windows default browser opened a signed-in Firefox session during an
attended OpenBao login. Catalog the separate headed facility:
`capability.infotech.isolated-login-browser`. It points at the coulomb-social
Playwright Chromium pin and the railiance-platform empty-profile launcher.
It does not replace `capability.infotech.headless-browser`.
The entry stays draft at D2 / A2 / C1 / R1. A completed platform-root login
in that window is still required before a maturity promotion.
