tegwick 9a4e00a05a feat(adapters): ShardAdapter contract + read-only FolderAdapter (WP-0007 T3) 
Versioned ShardAdapter ABC (shard_id/profile/keys/read mandatory; optional verbs
raise NotSupported by default = honest absence). FolderAdapter reads a dir of
Markdown into Pages (relpath=key, mtime=source_rev, provenance envelope),
declaring a validated read-only file-store profile. 4 tests green.

shard-wiki

Git-based Markdown wiki orchestrator and federation layer.

shard-wiki joins heterogeneous wiki-shaped page stores (shards) into a coherent information space while preserving provenance, capabilities, and history. It is an orchestration layer, not a wiki engine.

Status

Early-stage: Python scaffold, intent and specification groundwork, active design workplan. See SCOPE.md for current maturity.
