# SOUL-WP-0001 — Research repository foundation

## Goal

Establish the Soul Frame research repository as operable: layout from the
research program, standing INTENT, research instruments, concept stubs, State Hub
registration, and hub-synced workplans for the research sequence.

Baseline conceptual draft: `SoulFrameIntroduction.md`  
Research agenda: `ResearchProgram.md` (from `history/260809-SoulFrameResearchProgram.md`)
