Add paper-dialogues research line; scaffold Deppert commentary

Establish a parallel comparative-reading track: one external work at a time,
with commentary and support/challenge matrix against Soul Frame. First entry
is Wolfgang Deppert, Die Evolution des Bewusstseins (bibliographic identity
still to lock).
