Add origin/origin_ref provenance to residual workplans

fix-consistency C-37 flagged both SOUL-WP-0009 and SOUL-WP-0010 as
residual-flavor workplans with no origin provenance. Both are explicit
residuals of their parent workplan, so record that lineage in frontmatter.
