# SOUL-WP-0006 — Phase V Spirits and Ghosts

## Goal

Establish rigorous definitions for **Spirit (`Sp.`)** and **Ghost (`Gh.`)**:
public personality simulation vs identity-authorized continuation, digital
legacy, consent, personality rights, governance.
