is applied on primary/railiance01 at that exact expected/derived commit; all
six source task UUIDs/statuses and finished parent were independently read back.
This completes the remaining registrar-return dependency after T10's verified
revision-2 delivery, eight rollback-only native cases and actual corrected
ordinary Cluster pipeline preserved all 18 CURRENT full-row hashes, the 15
original task rows and three archived source byte digests.
The immutable runtime return remains

The founder-approved original three-parent mismatch remains a retained
historical exception; no unavailable original preimages were reconstructed,
no failed trial was relabeled, and no original hash restoration is claimed.
All ten STATE95 tasks are now done. The residual audit found no unfinished
work inside this receiving/registrar-return scope; separate security-target,
TLS/recovery/MFA and owner-native admission work remains with its existing
live records and is not accepted by this infrastructure workplan closure.
The runtime remains the verified c103cbf/4cc4ce17 artifact; this later source-only
workplan commit changes neither its source pin nor the frozen rollout archive.
