noop. Evidence: docs/evidence/2026-10-04-edge-receiving-rollout.json. T05 edge
receiving is now deployed; T05 stays progress for scheduled freshness evidence
(memos 3 and 4). All four memos were accepted; memo 4 waits on clean memo 3 trials.
