Reviewed 2026-07-20. Body was "preflight" — a rest-sink connectivity preflight probe (activity-core -> issue-core -> Forgejo issue creation path), same migration window as #1/#2. The path it tested is confirmed working (its own existence, and #4/#5, are proof). No action needed. Closing.
