F1 resolved, F2 resolved in source, F3 still open (type rollback text unchanged; Apps inverse unimplemented), so r6 is rejected and the owner re-check is not re-frozen. Descriptor digests are unchanged since r5; type.yaml is now ef02ddae...684f. Records the T12 restart/readiness placement recommendation (inside register-client, with the F3 re-freeze).
