Preserved all six original task blocks, bindings and statuses and byte-exact 1,467-line prior history. Added 34 Custodian evidence checkpoints (T07-T40), linking existing owner implementation rather than copying their backlog: 7 bounded source reviews done, T20 native scanner preparation progress, 26 todo. Every remaining checkpoint has owner/completion test; top overview states Now/Next, a two-checkpoint WIP limit and scope/publication limits. All 16 TSA gates, G01-G13 and unchanged 116-entry ledger retained and mapped; no native gate closed. Official Repo Manager assigned only the 34 new bindings; actual parser validates 40 unique tasks, 9 done/4 progress/27 todo including umbrellas, local links and acyclic internal dependencies. Corrected stale G01/G02/G05/G07/G13 summaries; accepted MFA preview is not reopened. Source planning decision 77f88913-e893-42c8-992d-2f67df0a13db grants no runtime authority. Normal commit scanner clean on 81 changed blobs after verified public-checksum sha256 notation correction; original refusal retained. Post-commit required consistency completes with zero failures/automation errors but C-17 skips task writes after ordinary push refusal. Final actual API readback remains 6 original tasks; remote still 7c682d9c66f8aaeb2bebe88aa31069fea482338c, so new 34 checkpoints remain local/source-visible pending projection. Corrected adapter 73ee0407 additionally scans the exact entire updated 238-object/one-ref delta clean in 59.08 seconds within the unchanged 90-second deadline; independent Git enumeration matches. Forge source ea65606c is already published, FORGE-WP-0010-T01 done/T02 progress/T03 wait. Native activation/recovery executor, final resource/drift preflight, independent owner/package admission and exact founder go remain T20 next action; then T14/T15 ongoing browser/API/Git HTTP/SSH current identity, T16-T19 operation/inverse/writer exclusion/final release. All original eight unrelated worktree/index states preserved. Full WP80 goal remains active.
