Implementiert UC-MB-01 bis UC-MB-03: Marktbegleiter-Katalog (Liste, Detail, Anlegen/Bearbeiten), Ausschreibungspassagen mit Verlässlichkeitsscore (1–10, Validator), Musterauswertung mit Aggregationen (Ausschreiber-Häufigkeit, Ø-Score, Passagen-Anzahl). 4 Tests grün.
