b6d6bff85e Point the sitting pin test at the 2026-10-04 cutover image 
64a22ab moved values/informed-decision-sitting.yaml to the founder-approved
lifecycle-review image and policy; the test still asserted the superseded v11
digest and sitting policy path, so it failed on main.
