Project assembly-economics reality-checkpoint definitions (ASSEMBLY-WP-0010)
Four domain definitions from assembly-economics/activity-definitions: setup-daily (13-15 Oct), monthly-2026 (15 Nov/Dec), quarterly (15 Jan/Apr/ Jul/Oct), annual (20 Jan), 08:00 Europe/Berlin. Rules are unconditional; the executor (rein-aharness approach assembly-checkpoint) enforces the authoritative date windows in assembly-economics/checkpoints/schedule.md. Founder-approved 2026-10-12. Only the external-definitions ConfigMap changes in k8s/gitops (render_gitops.py --check passes).
