## One-liner
Research program (Generative Assembly Society) exploring the societal contract and macroeconomics of technologically abundant, post-work economies through the lenses of assembly and information organisms; philosophical and economic basis for coulomb.social.
## Core Idea
If productive capacity becomes abundant, the binding constraints shift from
capital and labor to agency, access, attention, trust, ecology and the ability
to form valuable new combinations. The program studies which institutional
configurations maximize sustainable, broadly accessible viable future assembly
space. It works through two lenses: a society lens (assembly, generativity,
GADM) and an information-organism lens (AIPN, membrane, seed kernel,
evolution, metabolism, resource ontology). See INTENT.md.
## In Scope
- Exploratory concept documents (`concepts/`) and formal/dynamic models (`models/`)
- The Generative Assembly Dynamics Model (GADM) and its successors, scenarios, metrics and simulations
- The research workstreams WS-01 to WS-14 in INTENT.md, including post-work
participation, resource ontology and attention
- Membrane and governance models for embedding information organisms in institutions
- Comparison with economics, systems theory, complexity science and Assembly Theory
## Out of Scope
- A totalizing ideology or a single prescribed allocation mechanism (see INTENT.md, Explicit Non-Goals)
- Production implementations, storage, protocols, API formats
- Marketplace product features (belong in `coulomb-social`)
- Pricing mechanics (belong in `adaptive-pricing`)
## Current State
- Status: conceptual / exploration phase. No code or simulations yet.
- Ratified INTENT.md; concepts: Generative Assembly Society v0.1, AIPN v0.1,
shared glossary; models: GADM-0.1 and a mapping note for information
organisms in GADM.
- `history/` and `seed/` hold the unchanged originals.
