Outcome

  • T01: INTENT.md was ratified (merged with the seed INTENT), SCOPE.md was rewritten, and README.md was extended. AGENTS.md and .custodian-brief.md are generated and current.
  • T02: when bootstrapped, the repository was documentation-only, with no install, build or lint steps. Verification commands for simulations are added to AGENTS.md by ASSEMBLY-WP-0004 once code exists.
  • T03: the first real workplans are ASSEMBLY-WP-0002 (concept promotion), ASSEMBLY-WP-0003 (seed integration) and ASSEMBLY-WP-0004 (GADM-0.2).
