4fb7cc7726 AWQ-009 done: Stripe webhook failure = stale Blobr preprod endpoint 
DNS for api.preprod.blobr.dev (and blobr.dev) no longer resolves; Stripe
has sent monthly failure digests since April. Deletion is a founder
dashboard action, prepared as OH-2026-005 incl. webhook-endpoint
inventory while in the dashboard.

364cb35497 Prepare first Office-Hour Command Day runbook; close BINKY-WP-0002 
Runbook for early-August command day (StB call, DUO backlog, Qonto review,
HR excerpt); all 4 office-hour items marked prepared; workplan status done
in file and hub (workstream finished).

3c2c47f20a Run OK Audit v0 on Binky itself (BINKY-WP-0002-T02) 
Findings: filings current through JA 2024; no active StB mandate (RISK-006);
DUO backlog (RISK-007); 4 office-hour items queued; audit template v0 created;
first dogfood evidence entry logged.

d6d5cf1a1d Add company canon v0 and bootstrap workplan 
Canon: INTENT, CompanyReactivationPlan, EcosystemMap, AutonomyPolicy,
SuccessMilestones, OfferCatalog, DogfoodPolicy, ControlLoopCatalog,
DecisionQueue, OfficeHourQueue, RiskRegister, plus founding exploration
in history/. Workplan BNKY-WP-0001 covers canon ratification, the first
internal audit, ecosystem cartography, flagship offer, and operating rhythm.
