Weekly Founder Review — 2026-07-21 (prep note)
Prepared per
OperatingRhythm.md§ Weekly review (~15 min, agent-prepared, founder-consumed). Review window: 2026-07-18 → 2026-07-21 (continuation of the cycle opened by the 2026-07-18 review).
Read these (in order)
- Newest daily brief:
briefs/2026-07-21-daily-brief.md SuccessMilestones.md
The one question: did anything move a milestone?
No milestone status changed this window. SuccessMilestones.md is still
unchanged since its v0.1 creation (commit d6d5cf1, 2026-07-16): S1 "in
progress", S2 "started", S3–S12 open. No DecisionQueue.md entry recorded a
status change.
Milestone-relevant activity did happen:
- S2 (active operating system): BINKY-WP-0005 finished — first Qonto MCP
read-only pull executed end-to-end (
finance/qonto-first-pull-2026-07-21.json);CostRunRate.mdraised to v2 with real desk-rent and Qonto-fee figures. - S2 (workstation independence): DEC-2026-003 (executor cutover, retire cron bridge) remains prepared and unactioned — now 3 days old, all three gates cleared since 2026-07-18.
RISK-005 watch
RISK-005 ("agentic stack becomes busywork generator instead of progress engine") escalates after two consecutive weeks of activity without milestone movement. The 2026-07-18 review flagged week 1 of 2 as high activity, no milestone status change. This window (through 2026-07-21) is still inside week 2 (closes ~2026-07-25) — not yet escalated, but on track to trigger RISK-005 if the week ending 2026-07-25 also closes without a milestone status change (or a recorded founder decision that one moved). Flagging now so it isn't a surprise at the next review.
Pending founder action (from the 2026-07-21 brief)
- DEC-2026-003 — Go for executor cutover (~5 min): all gates cleared, now the oldest open item in the queue; approval retires the workstation cron bridge and completes BINKY-WP-0004.
- OH-2026-003 — Qonto plan cost vs. usage: numbers are now on the table (plan fee 70,80 €/mo, desk HUB31 297,50 €/mo, main balance 2 185,94 €); founder-only call on whether the plan tier is justified. No deadline pressure — can wait for the next office-hour day.
