Consolidated evidence records three valid cards, six reciprocal links, unchanged import concepts and verified historical sources. InfoTechCanon make check passes (46 tests, current generated surfaces and small-saas proof). No new unowned residual was created; existing CFED-WP-0001-T09/T10 retain the remaining project scope.
