# content-explorer — Agent Instructions

## Repo Identity

**Purpose:** A domain-independent interface for browsing an interconnected field of knowledge. OnCo (onco.cc) is the UX reference. Its MIT-licensed code may be adapted after a pinned audit. Its corpus, marks, and medical widgets are out of scope.

This checkout is a research seed, not a running application. There is no install, dev server, or UI test suite yet. The executable check today is:

## State Hub

Repository files are the source of work records. Do not create workplans or tasks with `POST /workplans/`, `POST /tasks/`, or `statehub create-workstream` / `create-task`. Change the workplan file, commit, and project it with:

`statehub fix-consistency` is the consistency audit, not the normal registration path.

Health is `GET /state/health`. If the forward drops, run `bridge status` before treating the hub as down.

## Boundaries

- Do not copy the OnCo corpus, logos, or CC BY-NC dataset into this repo.
- `tests/onco-reference/local/` and `authorization.json` stay gitignored. Local reference use is authorized only with the CC origin notice. Redistribution and public CI are not granted.
- Fetch and pin upstream with `scripts/bootstrap-upstream.sh` under CONTENT-WP-0000. Do not treat the seed as a fork.
