content-explorer — Agent Instructions

Repo Identity

Purpose: A domain-independent interface for browsing an interconnected field of knowledge. OnCo (onco.cc) is the UX reference. Its MIT-licensed code may be adapted after a pinned audit. Its corpus, marks, and medical widgets are out of scope.

This checkout is a research seed, not a running application. There is no install, dev server, or UI test suite yet. The executable check today is:

State Hub

Repository files are the source of work records. Do not create workplans or tasks with POST /workplans/, POST /tasks/, or statehub create-workstream / create-task. Change the workplan file, commit, and project it with:

statehub fix-consistency is the consistency audit, not the normal registration path.

Boundaries

Do not copy the OnCo corpus, logos, or CC BY-NC dataset into this repo.
tests/onco-reference/local/ and authorization.json stay gitignored. Local reference use is authorized only with the CC origin notice. Redistribution and public CI are not granted.
Fetch and pin upstream with scripts/bootstrap-upstream.sh under CONTENT-WP-0000. Do not treat the seed as a fork.
