Extensibility and first real-world pilot
Attach an independently maintained knowledge source and validate user value.
The Wikidata export connector, its fixture certification, and the static-projection no-go are recorded in connectors/wikidata_export.py, tests/test_wikidata_connector.py, and workplans/evidence/CONTENT-WP-0006-boundaries.md. The real-user pilot and the observed-need tasks stay open. This workplan is not finished.
