tegwick 087cea6239 Implement M0: research facility skeleton (CR-WP-0002)
Add docs/ResearchArtifactConvention.md defining program/paper/paper-local
identifier namespaces, file layout, publication metadata, and provenance
conventions. Register RP-000 (Researching Research) with CR-000 (Paper
Zero) as an honest draft skeleton: outline manuscript with explicit
[MISSING]/[CONJECTURE] markers, five conjectural claims transcribed from
the M2 example list, and empty evidence/criticism files. Add the
facility-level paper registry and a small validation script covering
registry parsing, id uniqueness, publication-metadata agreement, and
Markdown link integrity.

Close CR-WP-0002 and hand off M1 (Paper Zero v0.1 manuscript) as
CR-WP-0003, per the workplan's residual-handoff requirement.

Coulomb Research

A self-improving research network where humans and artificial intelligences create, criticize, test, and reuse knowledge.

This repository is currently a documentation and research seed. Start with:

  • Intent — mission and constitutional principles.
  • Scope — current state and implementation boundaries.
  • Design seed — kernel, publication interface, signals, and charts.
  • Milestone plan — artifact-driven development.
  • Work records — implementation tracking through State Hub.
  • Agent instructions — repository workflow and sync commands.
  • Artifact convention — program/paper/ claim identifier and file-layout conventions.
  • Paper registry — authoritative index of registered papers, currently just CR-000 (Paper Zero, RP-000).

M0 (research facility skeleton) is implemented. The next implementation is M1: Paper Zero v0.1 manuscript. There is no application to install, test, build, or run yet. For documentation changes, run git diff --check and review links, YAML, and work-record structure.
