Empty personal spaces assessment — 2026-10-06
User reports signed-in workspace shows Spaces, New Space, No spaces yet and Create your first space. Login acceptance is complete; content/usecase migration is not. The empty list is a real migration gap, not evidence that Bubble spaces were transferred or lost.

Read-only checks on railiance01 (node92.205.62.239): one total active Space row; zero spaces in tegwick's verified tenant:platform, zero explicit memberships, zero created spaces, zero visible spaces, no ReichelAg row. No top-level content trees on the deployed CONTENT_ROOT. Existing row is a demo, not Bubble import. The visibility service requires both matching tenant and explicit membership or creator ownership. Broadening visibility or changing the issuer tenant would not restore absent protocols and is not the migration solution.
The recorded private local August13 ReichelAg rehearsal tree exists:30 markdown pages and29 assets. No private bodies, filenames, cookies or credentials printed or committed. August inventory71spaces/109articles and local rehearsal are not a production import receipt, current snapshot or complete corpus proof.
Work sequence and user milestone
CSOC-WP-0008-T03 owns first real cohort: ReichelAg is nominated by the user. Confirm whether to capture current Bubble content or rehearse the August export. Fresh capture must keep provenance distinct from old seed-network data; do not merge an August seed and represent it as current coverage. Reconcile the latest weekly protocol, page bodies, assets and source visibility/membership.
Use tegwick's existing verified issuer/subject and tenant:platform, explicitly grant only approved target-space ownership/membership, and validate denied reads for other accounts. Rehearse the import in isolation; CSOC-WP-0008-T02 supplies a paired DB/content backup-and-restore proof before real import. Prepare an exact reviewable live import package, pause writers, import, reconcile and record rollback evidence. No live data/grants changed in this diagnostic turn.
End milestone from the user perspective: I sign in as tegwick, see ReichelAg in my Spaces, open the latest expected real protocol, duplicate its full content for next week's call, edit independently, reload it and copy formatted notes to my mail client by clipboard. Other Bubble spaces remain individually tracked subsequent transfers, not assumed present from sign-in acceptance.
CSOC-WP-0008-T09 records this reported empty workspace and validates the visible ReichelAg journey. Login/SMTP tasks stay done; migration/product tasks stay open.
