# Current pickup — 2026-10-08
|
|
|
|
CSOC-WP-0008 and CSOC-WP-0010 are finished at the user's explicit instruction.
|
|
They preserve release and acceptance history, with transferred task scopes marked
|
|
superseded. Continue work in the registered residual owners: WP-0012 recovery/
|
|
service readiness, WP-0013 sharing/content/portability, WP-0014 further cohorts/
|
|
Bubble off-ramp, and WP-0015 communication operations/flow acceptance.
|
|
|
|
2026-10-11: WP-0013 is active. T01 has the global slug constraint in the checkout;
|
|
the live database is not migrated. T02 has revision purge and copy/move crash
|
|
recovery in the checkout; private corpus review and any live purge remain open.
|
|
T03 remains todo. WP-0016 is finished in the checkout: Session details links to
|
|
optional authenticator setup and does not deploy with this task. WP-0015-T04 is
|
|
in progress: a loopback issuer/mailbox browser journey is bound for UC-009/010/011
|
|
and is not an established or productive acceptance. WP-0012-T01 and
|
|
WP-0015-T01/T03 still wait on their named owners.
|
|
|
|
UC-008 weekly calls and UC-009 personal recovery are accepted. App revision16
|
|
and receiver revision7 are deployed; the receiver uses its existing single-caller
|
|
configuration. No future caller policy or Bubble retirement is inferred. Open
|
|
CSOC-IN-0003/0004 are referenced by WP-0014-T01 / WP-0012-T03 respectively.
|
|
CI enforcement remains CSOC-IN-0005. Closure receipt:

# Use-case regression gate — 2026-10-06
|
|
|
|
WP-0009 establishes the use-case collection/test infrastructure for ReichelAg
|
|
UC-008. See docs/usecases/README.md and registry.json. Before accepting changes,
|
|
run `make check` (includes required real-browser journey); `make test` is fast
|
|
only. Synthetic fixtures and test DB/content are isolated from private notes.
|
|
CI runner/admission/required-check receipts remain CSOC-IN-0005; real-user
|
|
transfer/deployment remain WP-0008.
|

# Current implementation focus — 2026-10-06
|
|
|
|
CSOC-WP-0008 now targets the first **user-reviewed use-case transfer off Bubble**.
|
|
Milestone, sequencing and open tasks are in that workplan; first catalogue and
|
|
walkthrough are docs/usecases/catalog.md and first-transfer-review.md. Original
|
|
journeys remain inferred until observed/confirmed; first real cohort pending.
|
|
|
|
Implementation started with explicit membership/creator reads, reader mutation
|
|
denial, correct destination write permissions and read-only UI. Unbound seeded
|
|
spaces are now hidden; grant nominated members explicitly before deployment.
|
|
86 tests pass; no live release or cohort move was executed. Next: sharing UX and
|
|
member portability (T04), content/Visual fidelity (T05), paired recovery (T02),
|
|
then exact release preparation (T01) and cohort review (T03/T08/T09).

WP-0007 audits scope and implements validated corpus import with explicit
|
|
identity membership mapping. WP-0008 tracks live persistence/restore, actual
|
|
cohort migration and access/cutover acceptance. Public registration residual
|
|
CSOC-IN-0001 is closed (2026-08-14 evidence); CSOC-IN-0002 is closed with independent replay
|
|
and same-email identity separation regressions. CSOC-IN-0003/0004 remain open.
|
|
|
|
Read SCOPE.md, history/20261005T223104Z-scope-intent-assessment.md and
|
|
docs/migration/corpus-import.md. Run the tests and import dry-run before any
|
|
private corpus work. The older pickup below is historical and does not override
|
|
current work records or authorize deployment.
