Prepare the greenfield rebuild of coulomb.social (bubble.io exit) with
orientation docs, TRSL license, Claude/Codex agent integration, and repo
classification under domain communication / topic coulomb-social. Workplan
CSOC-WP-0001 (exit assessment) is already registered via fix-consistency.

This repository should reimplement the coulomb.social platform that is currently based on bubble.io as a railiance, netkingdom, helixforge based infrastructure. I want the project to duplicate all the userinterface, all the content in order to switch from the stalled lowcode development to our much more dynamic agentic coding approach.

We will start with setting up INTENT.md and SCOPE.md the License should be TRSL as the other repos. Prepare this repo and register it with statehub please.
