Current-release pilots and one resume reload — knowledge 0.2.4

Package 0.2.4, digest 025aab4f38246219c924bc94954e70ea0e6e7f72bcaf8d4344cd599602d345c3. The runner verified the relevant owner files before each pilot launch. These sessions do not add owner feedback, a governed harness proof, or context compaction.
