EANCH-WP-0004 — Viewer Shell DOM Wiring

Goal

Connect HtmlViewerAdapter (evidence-anchor/dom) to the citation-evidence review workspace so users can upload, view, select, annotate, and reopen HTML/Markdown documents — not only PDFs.

  • citation-evidence: typecheck clean.
