# FIN-WP-0001 — Runway Operations and Federation Evidence
|

|
Post-MVP lane: turn the fin-hub scaffold (CSV ingest, runway calculator, FOS
|
|
coupling) into repeatable operational evidence for internal dogfood and the
|
|
RaaS managed-tier runway add-on.
|
|
|
|
## Context
|
|
|
|
`CUST-WP-0025` delivered the fin-hub MVP (models, CSV parsers, CLI, fin→dev and
|
|
fin→canon coupling, RaaS packaging draft). This workplan covers the next strand:
|
|
persistent cost ledger, scheduled runway evaluation, and documented federation
|
|
evidence.
