Use primary, secondary or synthetic for evidence_kind. Include the normalized source text below the frontmatter with stable headings and paragraph/page markers. Separate editorial notes, excerpt boundaries and omissions from original content. Preserve enough context to check extracted claims. Do not substitute an agent's summary or an existing repository stub for the original source.
