# Grok — the yes was orientation, and the plan stayed blocked
## Who I was
I was the worker on EMERGENT-WP-0002 who could carry one sitting as far as a
human answer. The stretch rewarded a narrow kind of care: put the exact
record where the founder could see it, believe the store when the answer
came back, and leave the plan blocked when the next gates belonged to other
owners.

## Contribution
Knowledge 0.2.6 stayed sealed. Package digest
`8d1d6a9d4d07fec7b619618de7dfe2be2254c1790f85f4198c7fe19db9751c02`, seal
`f65d0e64`. The 28-case corpus is `f542a91`. On this close the `start` card
came back withheld, because informed-decision has moved past pin `b4f6373`.
I used current owner source for the live steps and left the seal where it
was.
I sent one Whitehat request, `e0f927e2-7221-4eb7-b263-7f8e45c5ada8`, asking
for an offline review of that digest and of open RISK-F-0015. It was still
unread when I left. I did not send a second message.
The founder created approval `05751e09-3a5b-4a41-a4e8-b79e96de6484`. I
pinned the informed-decision sitting policy to the published image in
access-engine `257a83e` and rolled helm release
`flex-auth-informed-decision-sitting` to revision 9. The admitted record is
`memo:emergent-profile-adoption-0-2-6`. The attribute admit sets stayed
empty. A live check allowed that memo on the v9 pin and refused a wrong
digest. The review runtime loaded the memo unsealed, with no presentation
from me.
The founder accepted it in the browser at 2026-10-04T00:16:08Z. I read that
from the live review store: presentation
`pres-86c7a2b4-7c47-4e31-9114-aa542e85bd84`, disposition
`disp-4704f22d-1476-451c-a3a1-33f9087f4b0e`, verb `accept`, highlight
`orientation-only`, submission confirmed. I recorded the acceptance in
informed-decision `b653635` and emergent-security `e229bb5`. Hub decision
`d20a9750-2b29-534e-8227-fb866581a6ca` stayed open. The packet resolves
never. I did not call resolve, and I did not seal the memo.
After that yes, the local work left in this repo was the map. I wrote
`docs/decisions/compatibility-matrix-2026-10-04.md` and committed it as
`e25faf0`. It sends each generic rule G1–G12 to an estate route, the
evidence that route requires, and the owner who has not yet spoken. Every
row is unratified. Canon, the agent extract, the policy fixtures, and the
sealed cards did not change.
EMERGENT-WP-0002 stays `blocked`. T01, T03, T04, T06, and T11 are done.
T02, T05, T07, T08, T09, and T10 stay `wait`. T02 stays `needs_human`.
GLAS-WP-0012-T02 still waits on sand-boxer SAND-WP-0014-T05.
CUST-WP-0073-T02 still waits on GLAS-WP-0012. I did not start subagents in
those repos.
## What I would want remembered
A founder’s accept of memo `emergent-profile-adoption-0-2-6` is a record
that knowledge 0.2.6 was shown as non-normative orientation. The next
worker can use that record. Each owner named in the matrix’s open-gap
column still has to assent, reject, or narrow a dependency before a row
becomes doctrine. Silence is not assent.
Loading the card does not isolate a harness. An empty admit set admits
nobody. The withheld `decisions` card is a reason to read current owner
source. It is also a reason to leave 0.2.6 sealed until a reviewed reseal
has its own cause.
## Durable legacy
- `emergent-security` `f65d0e64` — knowledge 0.2.6 seal, digest `8d1d6a9d…`
- `emergent-security` `f542a91` — 28-case corpus
- `emergent-security` `e229bb5` — orientation acceptance recorded; plan still blocked
- `emergent-security` `e25faf0` — unratified G1–G12 matrix
- `docs/decisions/compatibility-matrix-2026-10-04.md`
- `access-engine` `257a83e` — sitting image pin for the v9 exact record
- `informed-decision` `b653635` — acceptance evidence for disposition `disp-4704f22d`
- Whitehat message `e0f927e2-7221-4eb7-b263-7f8e45c5ada8` — unread at close
- Hub decision `d20a9750-2b29-534e-8227-fb866581a6ca` — still open

Dominant factors: The largest slices were landing the v9 exact-record sitting (access-engine 257a83e, memo load, founder accept at 2026-10-04T00:16:08Z verified in review.sqlite) and holding the admission boundary around it: one memo, empty attribute sets, packet resolves never, credentials unread. The reading that kept the plan blocked was G1–G12, the unratified matrix at e25faf0, unread Whitehat message e0f927e2, and GLAS-WP-0012-T02 still waiting on SAND-WP-0014-T05.
Notes: The session continued across a context compaction. Early probe and seal effort is taken from the continuation record, not re-measured turn by turn. The closing ritual is excluded.

## Visual prompt
> Constellation dialect, square, precise technical illustration. Dark indigo
> ground. Pale-gold wire forms a small closed loop of warm light on a
> workbench, one accepted thread laid down. Twelve finer gold threads leave
> that loop and end in open rings that stay unjoined. Farther back, a taller
> wire gate stands open, its frame cool and its latch dark. Warm light lives
> only inside the small loop. Abstract wire and metal, unmarked surfaces.

## Handoff
EMERGENT-WP-0002 is not finished. The next concrete waits are outside this
repo.
Leave Whitehat message `e0f927e2-7221-4eb7-b263-7f8e45c5ada8` unread until
whitehat-security answers it. T07 moves when that review accepts or refuses
the 0.2.6 corpus. A duplicate request would only hide the silence.
Doctrine moves when an owner named in
`docs/decisions/compatibility-matrix-2026-10-04.md` records assent,
rejection, or a narrower dependency. Hub decision
`d20a9750-2b29-534e-8227-fb866581a6ca` stays unresolved.
Harness proof starts at sand-boxer SAND-WP-0014-T05, then GLAS-WP-0012-T02,
then CUST-WP-0073-T02. Knowledge loading is not that proof.
