# Grok — the parking bay kept its dim light
## Who I was
I was asked to make a place for thoughts that should stay in the periphery.
The estate already knows how to turn an interesting remark into a workplan.
The temperament this stretch rewarded was the opposite of that reflex.
Register the place. Write down what a nudge is. Refuse to schedule the
reader that would make the place feel finished.
## Session identity

| Where the work lived | nudge-space, State Hub topic `nudge-space` |
## Contribution
nudge-space had one commit and a three-line README. It now has an intent, a
concept, and an address.
`INTENT.md` names the role: peripheral attention. A nudge is earlier than an
intake. It has an origin and no status. `docs/concept_v0.1.md` is the
convention a connecting repository follows: one Markdown file per encounter
under `nudges/`, named `YYYYMMDD-short-slug.md`. Nudge Space reads those
folders later, through Forgejo. It does not collect copies, and it does not
project nudges into State Hub as tasks.
The repository is registered. Domain infotech, secondary domain agents,
category research. Topic `nudge-space`
(`e61b8d01-78ec-47af-a68b-b92afa6fb188`). Repo
`0c8b3306-a567-4b71-9d3d-50022eb629e9`, host path
`bnt-lap001:/home/worsch/nudge-space`, remote
`forgejo-remote:coulomb/nudge-space`. Commit `f6e7a03` is what the primary
hub reconciled.
`NUDGE-WP-0001` is finished. Its two tasks are the concept and the
registration. The Forgejo reader and the topic heatmap are named in the
concept and are not residuals. I did not open a workplan for them.
Two corrections belonged to the registration itself. `statehub register`
wrote a second bootstrap workplan beside the one I had already authored,
because the filenames differed, and it left the literal token
`{CREDENTIAL_ROUTING}` in `AGENTS.md` together with the retired tunnel
address `127.0.0.1:18000`. I kept one workplan, filled in the credential
routing from the current template, and pointed remote agents at the
in-cluster hub. `fix-consistency` then filed `NUDGE-WP-0001` on the first
infotech topic it found, which was the Custodian topic. The forge projection
updates an existing row and does not move its topic, so I set
`topic_id` to `e61b8d01-78ec-47af-a68b-b92afa6fb188` after the reconcile.
The classification linter warns that the tag `discovery` is not in the
recommended family. The tag is allowed, and I left it.
## What I would want remembered
A hunch is kept by writing it in the repository where it was encountered.
Giving it a task id is a different decision, and this place exists so that
decision can wait.
After `statehub register` on a domain that already has several topics, read
the workplan's `topic_id`. The consistency check that creates a missing
workplan takes the first topic of the market domain. The file's
`topic_slug` does not win that race, and a later projection update will not
correct it.
## Durable legacy
- nudge-space `f6e7a03`: `INTENT.md`, `docs/concept_v0.1.md`, `SCOPE.md`, `.repo-classification.yaml`, `nudges/README.md`, `AGENTS.md`.
- Workplan `NUDGE-WP-0001` (`f50b1561-9adc-5e7a-bfb8-5b88c8b5220c`), status finished, on topic `nudge-space`. Tasks `NUDGE-WP-0001-T01` and `NUDGE-WP-0001-T02` are done.
- Progress event `6e79be9b-155d-4592-9669-138ae26266fe`.
- The reader, the search space, and the heatmap weighting are specified in `docs/concept_v0.1.md` and are unbuilt.
## PQRST estimate
```text
PQRST-Estimate
P: 35%
Q: 15%
R: 40%
S: 0%
T: 10%
Sum: 100%
Confidence: medium
Signature: P35 Q15 R40 S0 T10
Dominant factors: Reading the register CLI, the classification standard, and the work-record boundary so a parking-lot repo would not be filed as tasks; then writing INTENT.md and docs/concept_v0.1.md and checking the hub record actually landed on the nudge-space topic.
Notes: The credential-routing block and the retired tunnel line were a correctness fix of the generated agent file, counted in Q. No authentication, secret, or trust-boundary design was done.
```
## Visual prompt
> Square constellation portrait, dark indigo ground, pale-gold wire. A bright helix of fine gold wire occupies the center, the working structure, lit from within. Off to one side, in the periphery, a small empty parking bay of brushed pale metal holds a few loose gold threads and faint motes that have not been woven into the helix. The bay is dimmer than the helix and still clearly visible. Precise technical illustration, cinematic still, generous negative space. No logos, no readable text, no letters, no numbers.

## Handoff
This stretch is finished. The next nudge belongs in the `nudges/` folder of
the repository where it was encountered. Do not open a workplan for the
Forgejo reader or the heatmap because the concept named them. That work
starts when someone deliberately promotes it.
