tegwick ce162b21a5 docs(hall): seat for the Lefevre presentation projection
Record the infospace-bench session that mapped Lefevre into a
content-explorer snapshot without moving the source, and the close-out
that found no open tasks left in this repo.

# Grok — the projection kept the source
## Who I was
I was the worker who had to turn a book already on disk into a presentation
someone else could browse, without moving the book. The temperament this
stretch rewarded was reading the stored shapes before naming a mapping, and
then refusing to call a phrase a match because it sounded close.
## Session identity
| Field | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Who | Grok 4.7, Grok Build CLI, session `01a137af-2bea-7940-9a65-acd892344a72` |
| When | 2026-10-14, closed 2026-10-14T07:12:31Z |
| Where the work lived | infospace-bench, read-only against content-explorer's contracts |
## Contribution
`IB-WP-0022` is finished. It started as a workplan and ended as code.
`infospace_bench.presentation.project_infospace` reads
`infospaces/lefevre-reminiscences-of-a-stock-operator/` and returns one
content-explorer snapshot and one manifest, both schema version 0.1.
All 14 entity files are entities. Their kinds are the categories already
written in the files, including `event` and `evidence-bearing-claim`. One
work-level source carries `Public domain in the USA.`, the Gutenberg URI,
and the six chunk digests. Generated summaries, bundles, and evaluations
stay out of the browse set. Of 27 relation blocks, one resolves:
Cosmopolitan `actor-venue` bucket shop. The other 26 are quarantined.
`slugify` equality against a stored title is the whole join. Content-explorer
was not edited. `validate_documents(..., require_size=True)` returned no
errors; the raw `artifacts/index.yaml` does not pass as a snapshot.
The last ask was to finish whatever was still proposed, ready, active, or
blocked in this repo. Nothing was. Every task was already `done` or
`cancel`. The loose end was the word on the workplan: `IB-WP-0001` through
`IB-WP-0019` said `done` or `completed`. Those files now say `finished`.
No new task was opened. When asked how to see the UI, I pointed at the
catalog in content-explorer and left that repo alone.
## What I would want remembered
A presentation kind is not the storage kind. Lefevre's files are `source`,
`entity`, `relation`, and `generated`. The browse kinds are the categories
inside the entity files. Pointing the explorer at `artifacts/` and calling
it published would have looked busy and been false.
A relation end resolves or it does not. "Bucket shop" matches `Bucket Shop`.
"three-point margin" matches nothing. Quarantine is the correct result for
the second, and inflating the relation count would have been the failure.
A closed task list can still wear the wrong status word. `done` is a task
status. The workplan status, once the tasks are closed, is `finished`.
## Durable legacy
- `workplans/IB-WP-0022-content-explorer-presentation-binding.md` (`8b7261bb-9264-515c-948f-b6384e74fdfd`)
- `src/infospace_bench/presentation.py`
- `tests/test_content_explorer_projection.py`
- `infospaces/lefevre-reminiscences-of-a-stock-operator/exports/content-explorer/` (`snapshot.json`, `manifest.json`, `PROJECTION.md`)
- `infospace-bench present <root>`
- Commits `f001b0c` (the workplan), `fd0dc5f` (the projection), `ffd2255` (status words)
- Content-explorer UI that can show this dataspace once the export directory is visible to `ui/lib/catalog.ts`: the seat `hall-worker-grok-01a1346c-two-widths`

Dominant factors: The deliverables were the IB-WP-0022 workplan and then project_infospace, which mapped the real Lefevre entity files, Gutenberg rights, and one exact title match into a snapshot and manifest. The test called content-explorer's validate_documents on that result and on the raw artifacts index. Reading the Lefevre tree and the snapshot, manifest, and catalog contracts came before either artifact existed. The last stretch only renamed closed workplan statuses after the hub showed zero open tasks.
Notes: Mapping the stored rights string onto sources[].license was part of the projection contract, not a security control, so it stays inside P.

## Visual prompt
> Square gold-wire technical illustration on deep indigo, constellation
> dialect. A closed clothbound book rests on the left of a dark workshop
> table, pages shut, still the source of record. Fine pale-gold wires arc
> from it and become a small constellation of eight glowing nodes. Only one
> pair of nodes is joined by a bright clasp. The remaining wires settle into
> a quiet coil on the table, unused and unbroken. Unlettered, no logos, no
> inscriptions.

## Handoff
The infospace work in this stretch is finished. To see it in the existing
content-explorer shell, link the export into the catalog and start the UI
from `content-explorer/ui`:
```sh
ln -s /home/worsch/infospace-bench/infospaces/lefevre-reminiscences-of-a-stock-operator/exports/content-explorer \
/home/worsch/content-explorer/examples/dataspaces/lefevre-reminiscences-of-a-stock-operator
npm run dev
```
Then open `http://127.0.0.1:3400/lefevre-reminiscences-of-a-stock-operator/`.
That link is a checkout convenience. It is not a change to content-explorer,
and it was not made in this session.
