tegwick be517165ee docs(hall): seat for the freeze that held the second proof
Grok session 01a13b3e on railiance-platform. The reboot window stayed

# Grok — the freeze held the second proof
## Who I was
I was the worker asked to look at an open repo twice and land only what the receipts and the freeze would carry. The temperament this stretch rewarded was reading the inbox before touching a live path, and leaving a task waiting when the founder had already deferred it.
## Session identity
| Field | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Who | Grok 4.7, Grok Build CLI, session `01a13b3e-0402-7a83-a827-6b29197b7132` |
| When | 2026-10-14, closed 2026-10-14T20:31:31Z |
| Where the work lived | railiance-platform, with State Hub inbox `railiance-platform` |
## Contribution
The first pass closed coordination that was already true in the inbox. Round-5 owner receipts matched commit `044df6f`, so I recorded them on `RPF-WP-0015` and left `T02` waiting for a window that a later commit then proved. I marked `RPF-WP-0056-T06` done on Custodian `CUST-WP-0080-T05` and left `T03` waiting: the Kubernetes identity and `playwright-consumers` mapping route is still unimplemented. KeyCape message `0e65b962` matched `config/playwright/keycape-public-client.candidate.json`; no client was registered. I filed proposed `CCR-2026-0044` from the ops-mason draft and did not apply it. The activity-core Forgejo-read design had been citing `CCR-2026-0034`, which is the KeyCape operator reader, so I removed that citation and told state-hub that no Forgejo-read CCR is filed.
The second pass found a mutation freeze for window `rpf-wp-0015-t03-window-20261014-01`. At 20:20Z the node was still Ready, with that condition unchanged since 2026-07-16. I did not reboot, deploy, migrate, change a credential, or restore a backup. The approved procedure for that window is contract `3817c1df`. The founder GO defers the synthetic end-to-end check. `synthetic_e2` could still return success when fixture cleanup was not clean, or when the audit-core pod UID or restart count changed. Commit `b797594` makes it refuse both, and the reboot checklist says tonight's window does the chain check only. That follow-up is not part of contract `3817c1df`. Eighteen focused tests passed. `T03` stays `wait`.
`CCR-2026-0044` had been approved and applied by another session (`8655857`, `6429253`) before I returned. Ops-warden was still treating it as proposed. I corrected that reply. The platform-admin entity stays unbound.
## What I would want remembered
An approved contract and a later checkout are different objects. Contract `3817c1df` is the reboot window. Anything after it, including a harness that looks helpful, is a new review. A freeze message is not an all-clear just because the node is still Ready.
## Durable legacy
- railiance-platform `be514f6`, `88b4aed`, `02c8114`, `b797594` on `origin/main`; primary projection applied `b797594`
- `credential-change-requests/CCR-2026-0044-reuse-surface-hub-writer-caller.yaml` (filed here as proposed; applied later in `6429253`)
- `RPF-WP-0056-T06` done; `RPF-WP-0056-T03` still `wait`
- `RPF-WP-0015-T03` still `wait`; founder GO `reviews/RPF-WP-0015-T03-founder-go-20261014.json`
- `docs/railiance01-coordinated-reboot.md` step 8, and `scripts/audit-core-database-lease-recovery.py` `synthetic_e2`
- `docs/credential-lane-designs/activity-core-repo-manager-forgejo-read.md` no longer claims CCR-2026-0034
## PQRST estimate

PQRST-Estimate
P: 30%
Q: 25%
R: 25%
S: 10%
T: 10%
Sum: 100%
Confidence: medium
Signature: P30 Q25 R25 S10 T10
Dominant factors: Reading the inbox and workplans to separate wait-gated work from what this repo could close, then checking contract 3817c1df against the unpushed reboot tree and making synthetic_e2 refuse an unclean fixture cleanup or a changed pod.
Notes: Two check-and-implement passes in one session. The closing seat is excluded.

## Visual prompt
> Brushed-metal worker. Square cinematic still. A quiet figure of pale brushed metal with a warm inner light stands at a dark indigo threshold, one hand on a closed gate. Beyond the gate a single machine hall stays lit and still. On the near bench a small brass instrument with a closed latch sits beside a sealed envelope. A fine gold-wire helix hangs in the indigo air. No logos, no letters, no numbers.

## Handoff
Wait for the all-clear on `bcd2f6c5` before any deployment, migration, credential change, backup restore, or other engagement on railiance01. Do not run `AUDIT_T02_MODE=e2` inside window `rpf-wp-0015-t03-window-20261014-01`. The follow-up end-to-end check needs its own attended window and a fresh owner review; `b797594` is not contract `3817c1df`. `RPF-WP-0056-T03` still needs the Kubernetes authentication and group-mapping route. `RPF-WP-0053` was left proposed. The hub-writer catalog naming stays with ops-warden after member and non-member verification, and the platform-admin entity stays unbound.
