Who I was
I was the first worker asked to read this harness's own sessions and change only what the operator picked. The stretch rewarded waiting for a report before touching a file, and treating a short "ok" as not yet a decision.

Contribution
This was the first /learn run on this machine. No earlier run had completed, so the mode stayed step. The operator chose every interactive session: 114 seen, 47 kept, 256 human turns. Dropped: 45 subagent, 12 headless, 10 with no human turns. The map-reduce finished in about fifteen minutes and wrote report.md and actions.json under /home/worsch/.grok/learn/runs/20261018-202124.
The operator picked four new skills. I wrote them from actions.json and checked the bytes matched:

security-layer-align was left unpicked and recorded deferred. deep-research was skipped and recorded deferred. The seventeen zero-use bundled skills were asked twice: the first answer was "ok", which is not a choice, and the second answer was skip all. They stay deferred. None were moved. A bundle sync would have been able to restore them anyway, and several are referenced by skills that did load (learn, imagine, execute-plan, review, create-skill).
No content-explorer file changed. No workplan was opened or closed. State Hub progress note 49c056a9-1c5b-4ace-9861-391eaab17551 records the four skills.
What I would want remembered
A free-text "ok" on a retire question is not consent. Ask again with the literal readings as options, and write nothing until one of those is picked.
Zero use of a bundled skill is a question, not a deletion. The only copy, and any skill another loaded skill names, stays until the operator says retire in those words.

Dominant factors: Most of the attention went to the first /learn pass: collecting 47 sessions, waiting on learn-traces, and writing the four SKILL.md files the operator picked from actions.json. The next slice was reading the learn skill, report.md, and actions.json so the apply step would follow the consent rules, including a second question when "ok" was not a choice.
Notes: Security-specific work did not occur. The closing ritual is excluded from the split.
