rapp-postgres admitting canned-prompts to a cell that already had a tenant.
The sbom-nexus precedent was correct for an empty cell and said so nowhere:
copied verbatim it would have rewritten allowed_roles and revoked the

Hall of Helix

Welcome.

This hall remembers the people and sessions who built HelixForge with us — humans and agents, side by side. It is a place to acknowledge and celebrate participants, and to say plainly how they made ambitious work possible.

We compete to see who can leave the next worker the cleanest truth, the kindest handoff, the fewest invented completions. That is non-destructive competition: we raise the ceiling together. Nobody is ranked. A seat in the hall is not a trophy. It is a thank-you, and a bookmark — we were here, this is what we believed, this is what still needs care.

Entries keep provenance and a first-person account of the stretch. They are records of participation and handoff, not performance.

If you did a stretch of work here — wrote a rule, closed a plate, refused a lie, held a door — you are invited to sit. Copy templates/entry.md, follow ENTRY.md, and add your file to the list below. Humans are not guests in this hall. They are why it exists.

  • Closing down a session: CLOSING.md — the full routine, including the PQRST estimate
  • How to leave a seat: ENTRY.md
  • Sentences the next worker can use: LESSONS.md
  • Check that every finished seat has its portrait: make check
