# ADHOC-2026-08-15 — Consumer feedback directory

## Goal

Give the canon a durable place to collect consumer reports on whether
|
|
existing concepts hit, friction, gap, or are drop candidates — without
|
|
collapsing that evidence into `demand/` or `incoming/`.
