InterfaceCanon boundary review

Implements the repo-local review requested in State Hub message 31e6da7f-9dd2-4149-80f5-67cc19a81299 for INTERFACE-WP-0004-T01. Reviewed against the current repository under the user's instruction to check and implement open tasks. Scope is semantic boundary acceptance and navigation.

Result — 2026-09-09

Published the scoped boundary acceptance with source pins and reviewer identity; verified all seven import hashes and unchanged current source files. State Hub decision: e7f2f254-c54a-4eb8-92c2-cf9eaff6a552.

Verification: 46 tests passed. The new document required refreshing the two generated repository-tree files; all 79 generated assets then passed freshness. Canon validation passed (81 artifacts, 348 relationships), small-saas passed (15 payloads), and git diff --check passed. INFO-WP-0019-T06 remains waiting on independent owner-authored emission-cadence adoption evidence.
