Bound copies of the four memos carry the receipt's approval ids and
engine-computed binding digests. DEPLOY-v10.md proposes the flex-auth v10

self-contained store load and recovery to revision 9. Nothing is deployed,
admitted or loaded. Approvals expire 2026-10-05T12:19:09Z.

Hub decision 7b19de6c-72a1-409e-89a9-ec3ac09c03fd stays pending; the batch

state-hub d61ba32 accepts requires_new_bind, required_ack, and sealed.
The p01 cross-repo check now expects a delivered pose that keeps those
bools. T08 stays waiting on the service account, grant, and T05/T06.

The overview now requests the new list action and its rows carry only the
memo id, version, question, live approval status and the person's own
responses without notes. Opening a memo still asks read; every act asks
its own action. The fixture Flex Auth package admits list under a
re-derived pin. Not deployable until flex-auth answers INFD-IN-0008.

The live overview is refused on every row: compact-sitting v2 gates read
with a 900 s MFA window and does not name the T03 memos. Propose a
limited-disclosure list action with a comfortable bar; read and every act
stay strict.

no unresolved submissions) and an in-volume backup. README backup path now
matches the deployment, which mounts no /backup volume.

gate-house ruled the section 3 vocabulary closed at four case-insensitive
tokens and named Staff (role pep-shaped unchanged). Both files were changed
the same day, as this repository had committed to. INTENT.md now governs.
layer.yaml is marked derived from INTENT.md and carries no standard or
companion version. The reasoning behind `surface` stays in layer.yaml as
history.
INFD-IN-0006 is closed. INFD-IN-0007 asks once more how section 3.4's Staff
definition fits a deterministic, non-agentic, evidence-holding repository.
It is a question only: nothing waits on it.
Section 4 answer: yes, as a Staff / pep-shaped / evidence-source row. The
emission guarantee is owed per event class: presentation (volume),
disposition (rare), stance-application (rare). See
docs/section-4-catalog-row.md.
