# Current goal

Establish a reproducible, manually operated v0.1 research facility from the two
|
||
|
|
2026-09-13 explorations, with source provenance, one coherent advisory method,
|
||
|
|
working evidence/digest tooling, and Coulomb/Statehub lifecycle integration.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Acceptance: archives retain checksums; governing documents have explicit precedence;
|
||
|
|
evidence can be recorded and checked; daily and weekly draft digests can be generated;
|
||
|
|
tests pass; repo identity and file-backed workplans are registered and synced.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Next stage: IR-WP-0003 covers verified source ingestion, calibrated advisory data,
|
||
|
|
and unattended scheduling. The larger architecture remains a target.
