Current goal

Ship v0.2: source capture and artifact retention, reproducible task-specific advisory reports, outcome-based empirical bounds, and local scheduled daily/weekly operations.

Acceptance: live source receipts; a sourced comparison preserving evidence gaps; synthetic full-ranking/replay demonstration; tested outcome deduplication, stale and missing evidence handling, and durable scheduler retries; Statehub projection current.

Next: broaden verified benchmark/profile coverage and collect representative actual outcomes. These research and calibration tasks continue in IR-WP-0007; credential delivery and billing are tracked independently in IR-WP-0005 and IR-WP-0006.
