Price physical iteration as its own scenario

The operator's notes contrast biology's combinatorial search with physics' scarce instruments and slow cycles. Token scenarios do not price a wet-lab cycle, a telescope slot, or a chip run. INTENT principle P8 already requires retries, tools, and verification inside expected task cost.

A scientific workload could carry an explicit cycle-time and instrument-access bucket, marked as an assumption until a dated observation supports it. A missing lab-time quantile stays missing. This note does not change the advisor cost schema.
